Board Member Spotlight

Our National Secretary, Crystal Lengua-Rowell, shares her perspective on the importance of committee involvement and how members can play a role in strengthening and advancing our industry.

One of the most valuable things the Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada offers our industry is the opportunity to get involved through our committees. These groups bring together professionals from across the country who are passionate about moving our industry forward-whether that’s through education, safety standards, advocacy, or community initiatives like Women in Swim. The work that happens in these committees directly shapes the resources, programs, and direction of the Council, and it’s a great way for members to contribute their experience while connecting with others who care about the future of our industry. If you’ve ever thought about getting more involved, I encourage you to explore the committees and consider joining the conversation.
