Women in Swim is a community built to celebrate, support, and elevate the women who power the pool and spa industry.
What began as a small networking initiative has grown into a movement dedicated to connection, leadership, and allyship. Through in-person and virtual experiences that go beyond business, we’re creating space for women at every stage of their career to share ideas, exchange stories, and shape the future of our industry together.
Our mission is simple: to empower and support women in the pool and spa industry by fostering a strong, inclusive community. Through connection, mentorship, and shared knowledge, we aim to inspire and uplift one another, driving meaningful change and lasting impact in the industry.
Our annual Pour & Explore event takes place at the Canadian Pool & Spa Conference and Expo, bringing together industry professionals for an evening of connection, conversation, and community. This year, we’re also introducing fun virtual events and educational webinars designed to keep the momentum going year-round.
