2025 Annual General Meeting

All member companies of the Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada are invited to register two delegates to attend the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM at the Niagara Falls Convention Centre. The AGM will take place in one of the seminar rooms. A continental breakfast will be served starting at 8:00 AM for registered delegates.

Once your registration is complete and membership is confirmed, or once we have received your proxy, you will be sent all required documentation for the Annual General Meeting.

Voting Members who cannot attend the Annual Meeting in person and wish to be represented by proxy should notify the national office by completing and submitting the proxy. You can find a copy of of the Proxy below, Please return the signed proxy to office@poolcouncil.ca.

  • Review of the 2025 year
  • 2024-2025 Financial Report
  • 2025-2026 Budget
  • Plans for 2026 and beyond
  • Appointment of President
  • Election of Vice-President
  • Introduction of the 2025-2026 Board
  • Question and Answer Period
