A New Chapter in Industry Education
An exciting new chapter in industry education is launching soon at the Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada. As our industry continues to evolve, so does our approach to learning, and we’re preparing to unveil a new AI-integrated Education Platform designed specifically for PHTCC members. Stay tuned for the official launch date.
This upcoming platform has been built with members at the forefront, offering a more modern, organized, and intuitive learning experience. Courses are developed and reviewed by experienced industry educators to ensure content remains accurate, practical, and relevant. The new system will also allow for faster updates as regulations, standards, and best practices change – keeping members informed and confident as requirements evolve.
Once launched, learners will benefit from clearer course structures, defined prerequisites, and flexible, self-paced learning options. Members can look forward to a growing library of free courses covering topics such as HR, retail, workplace safety, business fundamentals, and customer experience, along with enhanced tools that support professional growth and skill development.
Most importantly, this new platform is designed to “support – not replace” our existing education programs. Human-led seminars, volunteer-driven webinars, and in-person Expo education will continue to remain a cornerstone of the PHTCC learning experience.
