Experienced Pool Builder / Installer

BILD Pools & Landscape is looking for an experienced Pool Builder / Installer to join our growing team.
We specialize in vinyl liner and fiberglass pool installations and are looking for someone who has hands-on experience in pool construction and can contribute right away.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing vinyl liner and fiberglass pools
- Reading and executing layout plans
- Assisting with excavation prep and base preparation
- Pool setting (fiberglass) and liner installations
- Plumbing and equipment setup (pads, lines, connections)
- Backfilling, grading, and site finishing
- Working efficiently with crew to meet project timelines
Requirements (Must Have)
- Proven experience in pool installation (vinyl liner and/or fiberglass)
- Strong understanding of pool construction process from start to finish
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
- Physically capable of demanding outdoor work
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience with pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, automation)
- Experience with hardscaping (coping, interlock, stone)
- Ability to lead or assist in managing a crew
