We specialize in high-quality vinyl-liner, fiberglass and concrete pools, spas, and water features. We’re currently seeking a skilled and motivated Swimming Pool Installer to join our growing team.

Job Description:

As a Swimming Pool Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of inground swimming pools, including site preparation, plumbing, structural framing, liner installation, tiling, and equipment setup. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform excavation, leveling, and site prep for pool installation

• Install pool shells, plumbing, electrical, filtration, and heating systems

• Pour concrete and install tile, coping, plaster, or vinyl liners depending on pool type

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

• Ensure all work meets safety codes and industry standards

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in swimming pool construction or related field

• Knowledge of plumbing, concrete work, and pool equipment

• Ability to operate construction tools and machinery

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with vinyl-liner, fiberglass and concrete pool installations

• Basic knowledge of landscaping or hardscaping a plus
