Full backyard design and construction including: 35' Fiberglass pool, Custom pool house, retractable safety cover system and wet-laid natural stone coping. Entire one side of pool is exposed and veneered with square cut limestone panels. large 15'x15' Sunken fire pit area is formed and poured concrete walls and veneered with matching square cut limestone. Custom built limestone fire table with 130,000 BTU burner. Two slightly raised pillars with fire-bowls on each one. Patio is architectural smooth finished concrete with 3'x2' wet-laid limestone stepping stones to fire pit. Artificial grass putting green & dog run. Second level composite waterproof deck with finished ceiling and pot lights. All functions of the pool and backyard lighting/Cabana are automated to Omni Logic panel and are controlled through clients smart phone. All work completed in-house with no outside sub contractors (pool installation, plumbing, automation, concrete forming and pouring, masonry work, landscaping, carpentry etc.)
