Outdoor Vinyl Pool – Between 451 -700 ft2 surface area

The client's vision ruled this build. Every upgrade available for a vinyl over steel pool was incorporated in this project; steel step with sun ledge, steel spa, steel bench, raised sheer wall, and an auto cover. - The Pavilion was strategically placed to maximize the sunset view with an open-back design - A gorgeous stone fireplace and large outdoor bar area with ample seating, built for entertaining - The patio area takes up most of the yard, but the ravine backdrop gives the illusion of additional green space
