The name of this building is Zen, and the pool area was designed to play off that. This calming pool area features a hot tub, cold tub, and pool each with a Lautner edge detail and full tile finish. In the hot tub, the hydrotherapy jets can often create overflowing on Lautner edge designs, so this hot tub was careful constructed to ensure the raised back edge was high enough to allow for the added turbulence of the jets, and that the overflow gutters are sufficiently sized to handle the bather water displacement.

The tanning ledge is the perfect space to relax and watch the kids play their various watersports in this large shallow end pool. The custom 3 tier illuminated waterfall really enhances the nighttime ambiance of the space.

Our clients had an existing patio and wanted to work a pool installation into their sloped yard. Retention was necessary and we incorporated it into the design for a water and fire feature overlooking the pool. This pool is 36×20 approximately at it’s widest point. The liner over stairs and sheer water features are highlights of the installation.

A slate brown coping with a sand acid-etch concrete patio along with a natural slab stone retaining wall was used to create a warm atmosphere to border the view of the lake.
This beautiful small pool in Toronto, features a dark Onyx liner with full width steps, a water feature wall with a water sheer and gas mounted firebowl along with an Eramosa Coping and Limestone Acid-Etch Patio and a Custom Acid-Etch Concrete Stepping Stone Walkways with a Synthetic Sod Lounge Area.
This project also features a gas fire table and lounge area with a custom small cabana for storage.
The existing wood deck was maintained and a frameless glass railing was installed to enclose the yard while maintaining a clean finish on the project.
