Technical Achievement

This custom concrete pool was built above grade to meet the home exit elevation. The pool is built against the home foundation as the pool was constructed at the same time as the home construction. The walkout basement exit is built right up against the pool. The pool mechanical room is located inside the home in the basement accessible by taking the walkout stairs. A challenging but incredibly rewarding project!
