My Best Career Mistake
Because the hardest lessons often become our greatest strengths.
Mistakes are often the moments that shape our careers and who we become—but they’re rarely talked about openly.
In this Women in Swim webinar, Crystal Lengua‑Rowell will lead an open conversation about professional mistakes, challenges, and turning points that can change the trajectory of a career and mindset.
Through real stories and reflections, this session will explore how difficult moments can become powerful learning experiences. By sharing these stories openly, we hope to remove the stigma around mistakes and create a culture of growth, resilience, and support for women in our industry.
