LEADERS AND PIONEERS

Dave Warren started in the swimming pool industry as a part time job in high school and continued while attending University in Toronto.  In 1991 he founded Total Tech Pools in Oakville, Ontario.  Dave is a past president of the PHTCC.  He is an instructor of courses in connection with the Industry Trade Certification Program.  Mr. Warren actively participates on three standing committees covering standards development, education and marketing.  He has been a driving force behind industry promotion on billboards, radio and social media.  In addition, Dave was instrumentally involved in the establishmet of the PoolSaver Variable Speed Pump Rebate program in southern Ontario.  Mr. Warren was catalyst for the creation of the World Alliance of Pool and Spa Associations.
