The client’s vision ruled this build. Every upgrade available for a vinyl over steel pool was incorporated in this project; steel step with sun ledge, steel spa, steel bench, raised sheer wall, and an auto cover.
– The Pavilion was strategically placed to maximize the sunset view with an open-back design
– A gorgeous stone fireplace and large outdoor bar area with ample seating, built for entertaining
– The patio area takes up most of the yard, but the ravine backdrop gives the illusion of additional green space

This 14ft x 30ft Fibreglass pool and 8ft x 10ft prefabricated hot tub were installed in Mount Albert, Ontario. While utilizing separate filtration systems, this pool and hot tub share a SMART Automation system for the underwater lighting and water features, as well as share a common heater which utilizes actuators programmed into the automation system to redirect water flow for the heater from one system to the other. This allows for the pool to easily be shut down for the winter months and the hot tub to continue being used if desired by the owners.
